Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Automotive Parts

Due to the nature of automotive products, additional conditions apply:

  • Parts must be uninstalled and free from damage
  • Electrical components are non-returnable once opened (unless defective)
  • Special-order or custom-made parts are non-refundable
  • Returns showing signs of installation, modification, or damage will not be accepted

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us prior to ordering.

Apparel & Merchandise (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Stickers, etc.)

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted
  • Stickers and decals must be unused and not removed from backing
  • Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable

Exchanges for different sizes are subject to product availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • A restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply to certain automotive parts
